• Collaborates with the plan sponsor implementation team regularly.
• Gather and analyze client requirements with the plan sponsor implementation team.
• Develop implementation plans with the team.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure project execution.
• Serve as primary contact for plan sponsor onboarding.
