Job summary

You will mentor the implementation team, coordinate with internal departments, and serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Strong Excel, OneNote, and Salesforce skills plus 1–3 years in health insurance implementation are expected; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of health insurance implementation experience.
• 1–3 years of project management or coordination experience.
• Proficient in Excel, OneNote and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with plan sponsor implementation team regularly.
• Gathers and analyzes client requirements with the team.
• Assists in developing implementation plans with the team.
• Coordinates with internal departments for project execution.
• Addresses inquiries from the plan sponsor liaison team.
• Facilitates relationships with clients as primary contact.
• Provides leadership and mentorship to the implementation team.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
