Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Implementation professional to support plan sponsor onboarding, gather requirements, and help develop and execute implementation plans with cross‑functional teams. You’ll coordinate with internal departments and serve as a main contact for sponsors.

The role requires 1–3 years in health insurance implementation and project coordination, plus proficiency with Excel, OneNote and Salesforce. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in health insurance implementation.
• 1-3 years of experience in project management and/or project coordination.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and OneNote, as well as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the plan sponsor implementation team regularly.
• Gather and analyze client requirements, alongside the plan sponsor implementation team.
• Assists in developing implementation plans, alongside the plan sponsor implementation team.
• Works with appropriate internal departments to ensure the successful execution of implementation projects.
• Addresses inquiries from the plan sponsor liaison team, providing guidance during the implementation process, as well as contributing to the overall success of plan sponsor onboarding.
• Facilitates mutually beneficial relationships with clients, serving as a primary point of contact throughout the implementation process.
• Delivers leadership and mentorship to the implementation team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
