• Collaborates with the plan sponsor implementation team regularly.
• Gathers and analyzes client requirements.
• Assists in developing implementation plans.
• Coordinates with internal departments to ensure project execution.
• Addresses inquiries from the plan sponsor liaison team during onboarding.
• Maintains relationships with clients as primary contact.
• Provides leadership and mentorship to the implementation team.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
