CVS Health is hiring to support plan sponsor implementations. You will collaborate with the implementation team, gather client requirements, and help develop plans to ensure smooth onboarding and successful project execution.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in health insurance implementation.
• 1-3 years of experience in project management and/or project coordination.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and OneNote, as well as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with plan sponsor implementation team regularly.
• Gather and analyze client requirements alongside the plan sponsor implementation team.
• Assist in developing implementation plans alongside the plan sponsor implementation team.
• Coordinate with appropriate internal departments to ensure successful execution of implementation projects.
• Address inquiries from the plan sponsor liaison team, providing guidance during the onboarding process.
• Facilitate mutually beneficial relationships with clients as primary contact throughout the implementation process.
• Deliver leadership and mentorship to the implementation team.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
