Job summary

CVS Health is hiring to support plan sponsor implementations. You will collaborate with the implementation team to gather requirements, help develop plans, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure projects run smoothly.

You will also act as a primary contact for clients during onboarding, provide leadership to the team, and support overall implementation success. approval and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in health insurance implementation.
• 1–3 years of experience in project management and/or project coordination.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and OneNote, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the plan sponsor implementation team on a regular basis.
• Gathers and analyzes client requirements with the implementation team.
• Assists in developing implementation plans with the team.
• Coordinates with internal departments to ensure successful project execution.
• Addresses inquiries from the plan sponsor liaison team during onboarding.
• Facilitates relationships with clients as primary contact through implementation.
• Delivers leadership and mentorship to the implementation team.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
