Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Implementation Specialist to collaborate with plan sponsor teams and guide onboarding across health plans. You will gather requirements, help develop implementation plans, coordinate with internal departments, and serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the onboarding process.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in health insurance implementation and project coordination, plus proficiency with Excel, OneNote, Salesforce, and the full Office suite.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in health insurance implementation.
• 1-3 years of experience in project management and/or project coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and OneNote, as well as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the plan sponsor implementation team regularly.
• Gather and analyze client requirements, alongside the plan sponsor implementation team.
• Assists in developing implementation plans, alongside the plan sponsor implementation team.
• Works with appropriate internal departments to ensure the successful execution of implementation projects.
• Addresses inquiries from the plan sponsor liaison team, providing guidance during the implementation process, as well as contributing to the overall success of plan sponsor onboarding.
• Delivers leadership and mentorship to the implementation team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
