Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a detail‑oriented Implementation Specialist to support plan sponsor onboarding and project delivery. You will collaborate with internal teams, gather requirements, and help build execution plans that drive successful implementations.

You will serve as a primary contact for clients, mentor team members, and ensure timely, high‑quality outcomes across projects. A background in health insurance and proficiency with Excel, OneNote, and Salesforce is valued.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in health insurance implementation.
• 1-3 years of experience in project management and/or project coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and OneNote, as well as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the plan sponsor implementation team regularly.
• Gather and analyze client requirements, alongside the plan sponsor implementation team.
• Assists in developing implementation plans, alongside the plan sponsor implementation team.
• Works with appropriate internal departments to ensure the successful execution of implementation projects.
• Addresses inquiries from the plan sponsor liaison team, providing guidance during the implementation process, as well as contributing to the overall success of plan sponsor onboarding.
• Facilitates mutually beneficial relationships with clients, serving as a primary point of contact throughout the implementation process.
• Delivers leadership and mentorship to the implementation team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
