Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a full-time professional to support health plan sponsor implementations. You will regularly collaborate with the implementation team, gather client requirements, and help develop plans to ensure successful onboarding. You will interact with internal departments to drive execution and mentor the team.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with a focus on delivering reliable, high-quality service to clients and communities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in health insurance implementation.
• 1-3 years of experience in project management and/or project coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, OneNote and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the plan sponsor implementation team regularly.
• Gather and analyze client requirements, alongside the plan sponsor implementation team.
• Assists in developing implementation plans, alongside the plan sponsor implementation team.
• Works with appropriate internal departments to ensure the successful execution of implementation projects.
• Addresses inquiries from the plan sponsor liaison team, providing guidance during the implementation process, as well as contributing to the overall success of plan sponsor onboarding.
• Facilitates mutually beneficial relationships with clients, serving as a primary point of contact throughout the implementation process.
• Delivers leadership and mentorship to the implementation team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
