Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Account Manager to partner with Account Executives and service clients, driving renewal, retention, and revenue. You will build relationships with client contacts and collaborate across teams to resolve issues and support installations.

Travel up to 25% and open enrollment participation are expected. The role requires 2–5 years in health insurance, strong IT skills (Email, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Salesforce, AI), and a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of Health Insurance industry experience.
• Proficiency with desktop software applications such as e-mail, Word, PowerPoint, TEAMS, Salesforce, AI.
• Strong critical thinking, time management and organizational skills.
• Travel required up to 25% (Possible overnight travel).

Responsibilities

• Develops working relationship with client contacts to ensure renewal of case and retention.
• Executes tactical components of account team's business plan for customer.
• Collaborates with account team members and functional support areas on services or complex product issues.
• Collaborates with team members on client installation
• Must be able to attend open enrollment meetings
