Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Account Manager in Massachusetts to partner with Account Executives, nurture client relationships, support renewals, and drive member and revenue growth for existing customers.

The role requires 2–5 years in health insurance, proficiency with Salesforce, MS Office, Teams, and strong organizational skills. Travel up to 25% is expected, with a full-time schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

2–5 years of Health Insurance industry experience.
Proficiency with desktop software applications such as e-mail, Word, PowerPoint, TEAMs, Salesforce, AI.
Strong critical thinking, time management and organizational skills.
Travel required up to 25% (Possible overnight travel).
Self-funded insurance experience (preferred).
Stop loss knowledge (preferred).
Active Life and Health License in state of residence (preferred).
Bachelor's degree (preferred).
High School diploma + 4 years relevant experience (education).

Responsibilities

Develops working relationship with client contacts to ensure renewal of case and retention.
Executes tactical components of account team's business plan for customer.
Collaborates with account team members and functional support areas on services or complex product issues.
Collaborates with team members on client installation
Must be able to attend open enrollment meetings
