Genesis Health Clubs is seeking a Front Desk Associate to manage day-to-day front desk operations, process guest check-ins, and support member retention with friendly, professional service.

The role requires strong customer service abilities, cash handling experience, and the capacity to respond effectively to emergencies. Weekend, evening, and holiday availability is expected to support club operations.

• Strong customer service skills and a welcoming demeanor.
• Experience handling cash and processing payments securely.
• Proficient phone communication and call routing.

Responsabilidades

• Executes front desk procedures as per manual.
• Answers phones, takes messages, and transfers calls.
• Knowledgeable about club amenities; greets members by name.
• Maintains clean, organized front desk area at all times.
• Attends staff and club meetings and events.
• Establishes professional relationships with members and staff.
• Responds quickly and appropriately to emergencies.
