The person will ensure customer service standards, manage patient flow, and coordinate staff and scheduling to meet agency productivity goals.

Responsibilities include staff coaching, performance evaluations, and participation in hiring for front and back office roles, with a focus on continuous improvement and compliance with UHC

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Associates Degree in Business Administration or Health Care Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and coordinate staff and day‑to‑day operations for the health center.
• Manage patient flow and scheduling to meet productivity standards.
• Provide coaching, training and performance feedback to staff.
