Job summary

United Health Centers of the San Joaquin Valley is seeking a Health Center Supervisor to direct and coordinate staff across Front Office and Back Office. You will respond to scheduling issues, patient concerns, and operational bottlenecks to ensure service excellence and cost-effective care.

Under Health Center Manager, you will monitor performance, provide coaching, participate in hiring, and support site audits while aligning with UHC policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise staff and day-to-day operations for the health center.
• Manage front and back office operations and patient flow.
• Monitor staff performance and assist with evaluations and coaching.
• Ensure adherence to customer service standards and quality of care.
