United Health Centers of the San Joaquin Valley is seeking a Health Center Supervisor to lead front and back office operations and coordinate staff to deliver quality patient care.

Under the Health Center Manager, you will monitor patient flow, manage provider templates and scheduling, and support staff development. This exempt role requires strong leadership, bilingual preferred, and a focus on service excellence.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate degree is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience is preferred.

Mansioni

• Direct, supervise and coordinate staff and day-to-day operations for the health center.
• Manage Front Office and Back Office operations and patient flow.
• Ensure adherence to customer service standards and quality of care.
• Oversee scheduling, audits, and cash/copay processing.
• Assist Health Center Manager with staff evaluations and training.
• Participate in interviews for new personnel and coverage planning.
• Communicate operational issues and process improvements to the Health Center Manager.
