Job summary

United Health Centers of the San Joaquin Valley is hiring a Health Center Supervisor to direct and coordinate staff and daily operations under the Health Center Manager. You will oversee both Front Office and Back Office operations, respond to issues, and ensure adherence to UHC policies for quality and cost-effective care.

The role emphasizes managing patient flow, scheduling, staff performance feedback, and collaboration with clinic management to meet productivity standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish) but not required.
• Strong computer skills and customer-service orientation.
• Ability to multi-task and manage staff with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and coordinate staff and day-to-day operations of the health center.
• Manage front office and back office operations and patient flow in real time.
• Ensure adherence to customer service standards and quality of work.
• Provide coaching, training, and staff development under Health Center Manager.
• Participate in interviews for new personnel and assist with performance evaluations.
