Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associates preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front and back office operations to maintain customer service and quality.
• Proactively manages provider appointment schedules and templates.
• Maintain patient flow and timely check-in/registration in real time.
• Coordinate audits/visits readiness and communicate operational issues to manager.
• Participate in staff coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
