Job summary

United Health Centers of the San Joaquin Valley is seeking a Health Center Supervisor to direct, supervise, and coordinate staff and daily operations for the health center. You will ensure front and back office functions align with policy and deliver quality, cost-effective care.

Reporting to the Health Center Manager, you will optimize patient flow, support audits, and provide coaching to staff while collaborating with clinic management to maintain high standards of service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish) but not required.
• Strong customer-service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front and back office operations and staff.
• Ensure customer service standards and quality are met.
• Manage staff performance and provide coaching.
• Coordinate scheduling and patient flow to productivity goals.
• Respond to issues and communicate with Health Center Manager.
• Prepare for audits and maintain compliance.
