Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate front and back office operations to ensure quality care and customer service.
• Manage patient flow and provider appointment templates to meet productivity standards.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and evaluations.
• Participate in interview and hiring for Front/Back Office positions.
• Communicate operational updates and process improvements to the Health Center Manager.
