This role requires ensuring outstanding customer service, quality and cost-effective care, managing both Front Office and Back Office operations, and addressing issues promptly.

The position emphasizes staff development, scheduling accuracy, patient flow, and adherence to HCMC policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish) but not required.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with office software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and day-to-day operations at the health center.
• Manage front and back office operations; ensure customer service standards.
• Monitor patient flow and scheduling; resolve bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with Health Center Manager; provide staff coaching and evaluations.
• Participate in interviews for new personnel; plan assignments for coverage.
• Assist with site audits/inspections readiness and communications.
