Job summary

United Health Centers of the San Joaquin Valley is seeking a Health Center Supervisor to lead front and back office operations under the Health Center Manager. You will supervise staff, optimize patient flow, and ensure quality care and customer service across the clinic.

Strong leadership and bilingual communication are valued, with opportunities for staff development. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent (Associates preferred) and at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and coordinate staff and day-to-day operations for the health center.
• Manage patient flow and scheduling to meet productivity standards.
• Ensure adherence to customer service standards and quality of work.
• Coordinate with Health Center Manager on staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
• Communicate operational issues and improvement ideas to leadership.
