Job summary

United Health Centers of the San Joaquin Valley is hiring a Health Center Supervisor under the Health Center Manager to direct, supervise, and coordinate staff and day-to-day operations across front and back office areas to deliver quality, cost-effective care and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include managing scheduling, patient flow, staff performance, and process improvements, with opportunities to participate in audits and training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and coordinate staff and day-to-day operations for Front Office and Back Office.
• Manage provider appointment schedules and patient flow to meet productivity standards.
• Monitor staff performance and assist with evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate with Health Center Manager on audits, process improvements, and operational issues.
• Ensure cash/cophay accuracy and daily deposits; interface with other departments.
