Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associates Degree in Business Administration or Health Care Administration preferred; experience may substitute.
• Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish) but not required.
• Strong computer skills and ability to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and coordinate staff and day-to-day operations for assigned center.
• Manage front office and back office operations and customer service standards.
• Respond to scheduling errors, patient flow bottlenecks, and patient concerns.
• Monitor staff performance and assist with evaluations and promotions.
• Participate in hiring processes for Front/Back Office positions.
• Plan assignments to ensure adequate coverage and quality care.
• Ensure site readiness for audits and communicate updates to Health Center Manager.
• Maintain accurate cash/copay collections, payments, and daily deposits.
• Provide coverage in health center positions as necessary.
