Job summary

United Health Centers is seeking a Health Center Supervisor to direct staff and oversee day-to-day operations of the health center. Under the Health Center Manager, you will ensure quality patient service, efficient front/back office workflows, and timely issue resolution.

You will partner with management on staffing, performance evaluations, and process improvements, while maintaining adherence to UHC policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; an Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
• Customer-service oriented and able to handle diverse patient needs.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with office software.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and coordinate staff and daily operations for the health center.
• Manage Front Office and Back Office operations and patient flow.
• Coordinate scheduling, templates, and provider appointments.
• Monitor staff performance and assist with evaluations and coaching.
• Assist Health Center Manager with audits, compliance, and process improvements.
• Provide coverage across clinic positions as needed.
• Communicate operational issues and improvement ideas to management.
