Job summary

United Health Centers is seeking a Health Center Supervisor to direct, supervise, and coordinate staff and daily operations for the assigned center, ensuring outstanding customer service, quality, and cost-effective care.

Under the Health Center Manager, you will manage Front Office and Back Office operations and respond to issues such as scheduling errors, patient flow bottlenecks, and employee relations matters.

Qualifications

• Requires management/supervisory experience; 1+ years preferred.
• Associates degree preferred; experience may substitute.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish) but not required.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and coordinate staff and day-to-day operations for the center.
• Proactively manages patient scheduling and front/back office workflows.
• Maintain patient flow to support productivity standards and goals.
• Monitor staff performance and assist with evaluations and promotions.
• Provide coaching, training and staff development with Health Center Manager.
• Participate in interviewing for new personnel for Front/Back Office roles.
• Coordinate site audits/visits readiness with Health Center Manager.
• Communicate operational issues and process improvement suggestions to Health Center Manager.
