Job summary

United Health Centers is hiring a Health Center Supervisor in Fresno to direct and coordinate day-to-day operations for the center, overseeing Front Office and Back Office activities and ensuring compliant, high-quality patient care.

Under the Health Center Manager, you will review staff performance, coach and develop personnel, and help with interviews while maintaining strong customer service standards and efficient patient flow.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish) but not required.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise and coordinate staff and day-to-day operations for assigned center.
• Proactively manages provider appointment schedules and templates.
• Maintain patient flow and ensure timely check-in and registration.
• Monitor staff performance and assist with evaluations and promotions.
• Provide coaching and staff development with Health Center Manager.
• Participate in interviewing for new Front/Back Office staff.
• Coordinate site audits and communicate operational issues to supervisor.
