Job summary

United Health Centers is seeking a Health Center Supervisor to direct, supervise, and coordinate staff and daily operations for the assigned center, ensuring outstanding customer service and cost-effective care.

Under the Health Center Manager, you will manage Front Office and Back Office operations, address scheduling issues, patient flow, and staff performance while upholding UHC policies and procedures. Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish) but not required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associates Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or a related field preferred; experience may substitute for degree.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and coordinate staff and day-to-day operations for the health center.
• Respond to issues such as scheduling errors, patient flow bottlenecks, patient concerns, and employee relations issues.
• Manage daily operations of Front Office and Back Office areas.
• Proactively manages provider appointment schedules and applies templates correctly.
• Coordinate with Health Center Manager and QA Coordinator for process improvements and data collection.
