Job summary

United Health Centers of the San Joaquin Valley is seeking a Health Center Supervisor to oversee daily operations and staff across Front Office and Back Office areas. You will ensure efficient patient flow, timely check-ins, and adherence to patient service standards under the Health Center Manager.

You will coach staff, monitor performance, and collaborate with management to implement process improvements.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred; degree may be substituted with related experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise Front Office and Back Office operations to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Manage staff performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Monitor provider appointment schedules and templates for accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to customer service standards and quality expectations.
• Communicate operational updates to Health Center Manager and QA Coordinator.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain operational effectiveness.
