The role includes managing Front Office and Back Office workflows, addressing issues promptly, and collaborating with the Health Center Manager for improvements.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, strong leadership, and bilingual abilities

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; associates degree preferred in a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual ability English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with office technology.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and coordinate staff and day-to-day operations for the center.
• Ensure staff adheres to customer service standards and quality of work.
• Proactively manages staff schedules and patient flow to meet productivity goals.
• Monitor cash/copay collections and daily deposits; provide coaching as needed.
• Participate in interviews and staff development under Health Center Manager.
