Job summary

United Health Centers of the San Joaquin Valley is seeking a Health Center Supervisor to direct, supervise, and coordinate staff and daily operations for the center. You will oversee Front Office and Back Office, ensuring excellent customer service, quality, and cost-effective care.

Under the Health Center Manager, you’ll monitor patient flow, support scheduling, and participate in staff development and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Experience in lieu of degree may be applied for this position.
• Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish) but not required.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with office software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff and day-to-day operations for the health center.
• Manage Front Office and Back Office operations.
• Monitor patient flow and scheduling to meet productivity standards.
• Provide coaching and staff development with Health Center Manager.
• Participate in interview process for new personnel for Front/Back Office positions.
• Ensure cash/copay collections and deposits are accurate.
