Job summary

United Health Centers of the San Joaquin Valley is seeking a Health Center Supervisor to direct and coordinate staff and day-to-day operations at the center. You will work under the Health Center Manager to ensure outstanding customer service, quality, and cost-effective care, while managing both Front Office and Back Office functions and real-time patient flow.

Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, performance feedback, and supporting site audits.

Qualifications

• Education requirements described: HS diploma required; associates preferred; degree may be substituted by experience.
• Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual ability preferred (English/Spanish) but not required.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and coordinate staff and daily center operations.
• Manage front and back office operations and patient flow.
• Address schedule errors, patient concerns, and staff relations issues.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback under Health Center Manager.
