Job summary

The American Heart Association in Dallas, TX is seeking a Project Coordinator in the Quality, Outcome Research, & Analytics (QORA) department. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible, grant-funded opportunity. Current funding will expire April 1, 2027 with the possibility of extension.

This position can be home-based. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, maintaining project documentation, managing budgets, and supporting contract and grant administration activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of administrative and/or project coordination experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; able to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, manage agendas, take notes and follow-up actions.
• Maintain project tracking systems, SharePoint sites, and other databases.
• Handle administrative and financial tasks including invoices, budgets, and grant administration.
