Job summary

The American Heart Association is seeking a Project Coordinator in its Quality, Outcome Research, & Analytics (QORA) department. This full-time, benefits-eligible, grant-funded role can be home-based as funding permits.

The position supports day-to-day operations, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to advance research and measurement development. Ideal candidates have at least three years of administrative or project coordination experience, strong communication skills, and

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of administrative and/or project coordination experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet timelines.
• Strong data management and clerical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience coordinating meetings across multiple stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of initiatives, including scheduling meetings, capturing notes, tracking follow-up actions.
• Develop, input, and maintain information in project tracking systems and SharePoint.
• Handle invoices, budgets, and grant administration tasks.
• Support virtual meeting logistics and technology setup.
• Serve as primary point of contact for project participants and partners.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and updates.
• Assist with development of program materials and resources.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and schedules for research and measure development.
