Job summary

The American Heart Association is seeking a Project Coordinator in the Quality, Outcome Research, & Analytics (QORA) department. This is a full-time, grant-funded role where current funding extends through April 1, 2027, with potential extension.

The position can be home-based, with access to Heart U and local training support. You will support health sciences research and measure development initiatives by coordinating meetings, maintaining documentation, and managing day-to-day operations

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years of administrative and/or project coordination experience.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong data management and administrative capabilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Collaborative relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings and activities; manage agendas, notes, action items, and follow-ups.
• Develop and maintain information in project tracking systems and SharePoint.
• Handle invoices, budgets, and contract/grant administration tasks.
• Support virtual meeting logistics and technology setup.
• Serve as primary contact for participants and external partners.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and stakeholder updates.
• Assist with development/dissemination of program materials and resources.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and schedules.
