Job summary

The American Heart Association is seeking a Project Coordinator in the Quality, Outcome Research, & Analytics (QORA) department. This full-time, benefits-eligible, grant-funded role can be home-based and supports project timelines, budgeting, and stakeholder communications.

The position emphasizes coordination across multiple teams, documentation, and data management, with strong emphasis on collaboration and program materials development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of three years of relevant administrative or project coordination experience.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong data management and clerical skills.
• Experience with coordinating meetings and cross-functional activities.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of initiatives, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, and tracking action items.
• Develop and maintain information in project tracking systems and SharePoint sites.
• Handle administrative and financial tasks, including processing invoices and budget tracking.
• Support virtual meeting logistics and technology setup.
• Act as a primary contact for project participants and external partners.
