Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years of administrative and/or project coordination experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet timelines.
• Administrative and data-management proficiency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience coordinating meetings across multiple stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of initiatives, including scheduling meetings and tracking actions.
• Develop and maintain information in project tracking systems and SharePoint sites.
• Handle invoices, budgets, and contract/grant administration tasks.
• Coordinate virtual meeting logistics and technology setup.
• Serve as primary contact for participants and external partners.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and stakeholder updates.
• Assist with development of program materials and resources.
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables for research activities.
