Job summary

The American Heart Association is seeking a Project Coordinator in the Quality, Outcome Research, & Analytics (QORA) department. This full-time, benefits-eligible, grant-funded role can be home-based and supports day-to-day operations, reporting, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities include managing meetings, tracking budgets and invoices, maintaining project docs, and producing dashboards and status updates to align with research timelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years of administrative or project coordination experience.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet timelines.
• Administrative expertise with data management.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Experience coordinating meetings across multiple stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Schedule internal, external, and cross-functional meetings and capture action items.
• Maintain project documentation and dashboards.
• Process invoices, track budgets, and support grant administration.
• Support virtual meeting logistics and technology setup.
• Serve as main contact for project participants and partners.
• Prepare status reports, summaries, and stakeholder updates.
• Assist with development of program materials and templates.
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables for research activities.
