Bank of Bird-in-Hand is seeking a Head Teller at our Intercourse Branch to oversee daily teller operations and foster a collaborative environment focused on efficiency and superior customer service.

You will coach tellers, manage branch reporting, and promote bank services while maintaining vault cash and ensuring policy compliance. A strong banking background and leadership experience are essential to support community banking needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of banking experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing tellers and their transactions at the branch.
• Coaching, developing, and educating team members.
• Handling branch reporting on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis.
• Promoting the bank’s services and providing outstanding customer service.
