Job summary

Bank of Bird-in-Hand in Manheim, PA seeks a Head Teller to oversee daily teller operations and foster a team-focused culture of efficiency and customer service. The Head Teller will lead tellers, manage branch reporting, and promote services while ensuring accurate cash handling.

A minimum of 2+ years of banking experience and a high school diploma are required, with preferred leadership experience in banking. This role offers opportunities to support the community and grow with the bank.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining vault cash and coin while ensuring cash limits are not exceeded.
• Acting as a source of knowledge of banking policies and procedures.
• Collaborating with various departments within the organization.
