Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of banking experience required.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing tellers and their transactions at the branch.
• Coaching, developing, and educating team members.
• Handling branch reporting on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis.
• Promoting the bank’s services and providing outstanding customer service.
• Maintaining vault cash and coin while ensuring cash limits are not exceeded.
• Acting as a source of knowledge of banking policies and procedures.
