You'll collaborate with the Catering and Banquets teams to ensure successful event execution.

• 2+ years relative experience in a kitchen of similar size.
• Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to help beyond this job description and wear multiple hats.

Responsibilities

• Work with Catering and Banquets teams for smooth execution of events.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization in kitchen facilities.
• Comply with standard portion size, cooking methods, and quality standards.
• Attend weekly BEO and Resume meetings.
