You will develop innovative menus, supervise staff, and ensure top-tier guest experiences while upholding safety and quality standards. This role offers the opportunity to shape dining experiences at a landmark boutique hotel in Pittsburgh.

Qualifications

• Executive Chef experience required.
• ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety training preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and labor costs.
• Fluent in English; excellent guest and staff interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead The Commoner, Banquets and Catering operations and related events.
• Hire, train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff.
• Develop menus and optimize food costs and portion controls.
• Collaborate with Marketing on programming and activations.
• Ensure health code compliance and safety across kitchens.
• Oversee labor planning and vendor relationships.
