Qualifications

• 3–5 years in management of high-volume production of hot and cold food, and multiple outlets.

Responsibilities

• Assigns detailed duties to associates under supervision for efficient kitchen operation.
• Selects, trains, and supervises kitchen staff in the proper preparation of menu items.
• Schedules culinary staff to ensure proper coverage while controlling payroll costs.
• Ensures proper ordering, receiving, storage, usage and rotation of food to meet Health Dept. regulations.
• Adheres to control procedures for cost and quality.
• Supervises daily safety and sanitation practices.
• Maintains vacation schedules for staffing.
• Assists engineering with equipment repair controls and preventative maintenance.
• Performs other duties such as development and execution of special events and staff events.
• Prepares all food items according to recipe specifications.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
