Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of restaurant and/or wine-related experience.
• Extensive knowledge of wines, food pairings and sophisticated wine service.
• Strong financial skills, including wine purchasing, inventory management, cost controls and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and elevate the wine program across multiple dining venues, including an upscale steakhouse.
• Drive wine sales, profitability and exceptional guest experiences.
• Train, mentor and inspire service teams to deliver world-class wine service.
