Prime + Proper Nashville, part of Heirloom Hospitality, seeks an experienced Dining Room Sommelier to drive our wine program within a high-volume, fine-dining environment. You will collaborate with management to elevate guest experience, lead wine service on the floor, and contribute to menu development and staff training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hospitality management experience.
• Local hospitality experience and community connection.
• Course work completed by The Court of Master Sommeliers.
• Ability to lead high-volume, fine-dining wine operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead wine operations for Prime + Proper Nashville to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Collaborate with management to drive wine sales and guest engagement.
• Manage weekly wine inventory and costs to support the program.
• Develop and mentor the wine team to grow future leaders.
