The role requires 3–5 years in luxury dining, Master Sommelier or equivalent preferred, and the ability to mentor staff. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and events is essential; strong relationships with VIP guests are a must.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of sommelier experience in luxury dining or a club setting.
  • Master Sommelier certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth VIP clientele.
  • Able to remain poised in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and member events.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a world-class wine program for Private Club and Restaurant.
  • Lead wine list development, reserve selections, and exclusive member offerings.
  • Manage all wine inventory: purchasing, receiving, storage, cellar organization, cost controls, and vendor partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Culinary and Leadership to create food-and-wine pairings and elevated events.
  • Lead wine education and training for service teams and staff.
