We are seeking a passionate wine professional who brings together extensive wine knowledge, outstanding guest engagement, strong business acumen and a genuine enthusiasm for developing others. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee and elevate the wine program across multiple dining venues, including an upscale steakhouse, while driving wine sales, profitability and exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• A minimum of 6 years of restaurant and/or wine-related experience, ideally in luxury hospitality or fine dining.
• Extensive knowledge of wines, food pairings and sophisticated wine service.
• Strong financial skills, including wine purchasing, inventory management, cost controls and revenue generation.
• A passion for training, mentoring and inspiring service teams.
• A polished, engaging and hands-on approach to guest service.
• Sommelier certification preferred, along with previous supervisory experience.
