Job summary

Zoom is seeking a General Manager for Zoom Workplace to own the multi-year growth strategy and revenue trajectory for the Workplace portfolio, guiding strategy from product-market fit to market expansion with AI-driven differentiation.

You will collaborate with geo sales, global customer success, product, engineering, and marketing, report to the Chief Sales Officer, and present to the CEO and Board as the primary voice of the Workplace business. Location: United States; hybrid work.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership in SaaS, enterprise software, or collaboration tech.
• Experience running a $100M+ ARR business with P&L ownership.
• Proven success in driving market share growth and customer expansion.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year strategic roadmap for Zoom Workplace and translate vision into a growth plan that expands ARR.
• Own competitive strategy, pricing, and go-to-market for the Workplace portfolio with cross-functional partners.
• Drive new business, upsell, cross-sell, and expansion across global customer base focusing on ARR growth and net retention.
• Partner with Geo Sales Leadership to localize strategies and build enablement for field execution.
• Collaborate with Global Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to influence roadmap and improve retention.
• Champion AI integration across Workplace products as differentiators in the market.
• Establish and track KPIs across revenue growth, ARR, pipeline velocity, and market share.
• Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional team of specialists and BDRs.
• Represent Workplace to the CEO, executive staff, and Board with data-driven narratives.
