Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Sr. Manager, Workplace Experience to lead the workplace strategy and facilities operations across multiple U.S. locations.

You will partner with senior leaders to align space planning, vendor governance, and capital projects with business priorities while driving cost-effective, high-quality service delivery. This role requires strong leadership, budget management, and the ability to drive complex initiatives from planning through execution in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in facilities management or related operations.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.
• Certification such as MCR, PMP, or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the workplace experience strategy for office locations, aligning facilities planning with business priorities.
• Manage complex facilities projects, renovations, moves, and capital initiatives from planning to execution.
• Oversee vendor governance, service levels, and contract compliance across locations.
• Provide strategic oversight of facilities operations, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure high-quality, compliant workplace services.
