You will guide planning, vendor governance, and capital initiatives to support business priorities while driving cost efficiency and high-quality service.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage complex projects from concept to completion in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in facilities management, workplace services, or related operations.
• 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Experience leading complex workplace initiatives and capital projects.
• Budget planning and cost analysis expertise.
• Vendor governance, contract support, and compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace strategy across multiple office locations, aligning planning with business priorities and growth.
• Drive complex facilities projects, renovations, office moves, and capital initiatives from planning to delivery.
• Act as senior workplace advisor to leaders and stakeholders, ensuring timely, cost-effective project outcomes.
• Develop and oversee vendor governance framework and performance accountability.
• Oversee facilities operations, budget forecasting, and resource planning to meet safety and service standards.
